This is the easiest and most delicious breakfast you will eat! Its a solid staple in my breakfast rotation for sure.
Directions for how to make: Place the dry oats in a glass bowl or microwaveable dish and add just enough water to just cover the oats. Place in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Once finished, mix in your protein powder. DO NOT add the protein powder before the oats are cooked. Once the protein powder is well mixed in, add 1 tbsp (15g) of peanut butter and the rest of the toppings and enjoy!
If you find the oats too dry then add skim milk, unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk until desired consistency.
